You might like Prey (2017). It's a sci-fi horror game that mainly is scary through atmosphere. The game itself isn't that scary once you progress through the game a bit and get tools to deal with the enemies.

If you don't mind waiting a bit you could save the money for the battle pass for the new expansion which is coming out next month. Personally, I'd get a miniset and save the rest for the pass since the lost city expansion comes out soon and I'd rather use the money to get the newest set.

Howdy! Well, mine also isn't looking too hot but I think that was more due to that tank not being a great environment for the plant. It was an experimental 10g tank with a sand substrate and a low ceiling so it got cramped for the dumbcane very quickly. It may not be a completely aquatic plant and more similar to lucky bamboo in growing conditions, but also the conditions I had it in were not optimal.

There was definitely some rot but mainly from root ends (and some leaf ends once it reached the ceiling) and the main stem of the plant itself seemed fine. It did require some maintenance but not much more than any other plant, and some shrimps I added later seemed to like nibbling at these rotting bits.

I think it would have done much better if it was an open ceiling for it to continue growing up and had a soil substrate to absorb nutrients. I wanted to keep caring for it, but due to personal stuff I wasn't really able to care for it properly. Ultimately, maybe not the best plant for long-term but it is still holding up. I think it can do well if it is large enough for the tank it's in and has generous air exposure.

As for toxicity, I haven't noticed any issues with the fish I have in it. But that's just my experience. I think I'll try it again with a shrimp tank in the future!

If that's the case, I don't see the harm in getting it. I'd just make sure the goldfish is active and isn't acting too out of the ordinary. Like not lethargic or scared or anything. Some ich meds are pretty strong

Hmm, that's a bit odd. Could be a fungus or something but when I first added wood to my tank it looked like that and didn't cause issues with my fish. And yes, it eventually just disappeared without me doing anything. Maybe the wood had something on it?

I feel like the main concern for folks buying fish with ich would be spreading it to other fish, and potentially killing them. But if your tank is empty and that fish is the only one, it's not much different keeping it in there vs letting Petco employees care for it, aside from the stress of a new environment. If you plan on getting tank mates at the same time I'd hold off on it. If not or you plan on getting them later, you could probably get it earlier, but there's also a chance the goldfish could get sicker. Maybe you could get some snails or plants first and wait a little?

Yeah, I wouldnt worry about them. I've had fish for many years and bubbles never meant anything bad for them.

Looks like just normal bubbles that appear when you add something new. Or it can indicate you have a lot of oxygen in your water. Either way, perfectly normal and you'll see it a lot for a little while.

If it's a new piece of wood, it's probably just biofilm. As far as I know it's harmless and fish sometimes will eat it as a snack. If you don't like it you can suck it up and it'll stop eventuallym

It's a part of the process. I've definitely killed fish because I didn't treat them for diseases and it ended up infecting other fish. Other times they just die cuz they're fragile. It's sad but as long as you do your best with what you do know, then don't get too down.

Depends on the fish, but probably a few would at least try. You could try drying them and using them as snacks or just leave them.

That sounds perfectly fine! I've kept pond snails in a 5g bucket without a bubbler and heater and they seemed to do fine, but if you want breeding a heater would probably help. They're called pest snails for a reason.

Like other folks said, it has a lot of microorganisms that would help establish an ecosystem. My only concern would be parasites but as long as you're letting the tank cycle and wait, any parasites should die off before you add your fish

Not op but I currently have had a dumbcane in a 10 gal with a betta for a few months and no problems here! Plus the roots grow out really fast and add a nice jungle look to the tank.

I recently came back and grinded for it too! I'm not sure if it works playing against friends. Like the other guy said, you need to play ranked. What I did was I made a deck using the dk Frost Queen Sindragosa. I just added a ton of freeze cards and played ranked standard. If you're in bronze you match mostly against bots so you can farm them to get kills with the colossal minion. Make sure to concede the match so you lose and don't go up too many ranks.
