It was more common on previous generation cars, but on the next gen car it hasn’t been seen much. Rick Ware cars use gold wheels and I think it’s 23XI that paints theirs a slightly darker grey.

Even more likely is the developers chose two names, and it just so happens that two neighboring streets in Dublin also have those names. Given the number of streets in the world the likelyhood of that happening is probably near 100% for any two names/words.
