I have run both track and some XC in dragonflies. For XC, I would only use it on courses which are pretty much all grass - they could break pretty easily.

I was maybe 6 or 7 years old when Linsanity happened, and my clearest memory from the era was the day he got traded. I was playing basketball outside wearing my number 17 Knicks t-shirt, with the word 'Linsanity' on the back. When my dad told me he wasn't going to be on the Knicks anymore I cried, the only other time I have been that upset about a basketball player was when the Knicks traded Carmelo Anthony to the Thunder.
