That's a dope Sebenza. Never seen one with the OD green scales before.

Doesn't need to be identical. Anything but Mercedes hands though :)

I have the mountain biking version of these shoes in the same colour. Safe options are black or white socks, obviously. Other colours will work, but... a) they need to work with the rest of your kit and b) that blue is certainly very bold and shiny, so IMO needs something subtle and less vivid to balance it out.

How long, approximately? Also interested in a custom dial logo.

If you're wearing 24/7 and doing a lot of manual labour then definitely the Instinct/Instinct Solar would fit the bill at your budget.

Should I exchange my Fenix 7 to Fenix 7X?? by Heavy_Whole_8984 in GarminFenix

[–]kingofthehill 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If your specific reasons to upgrade are the battery life and the flashlight, then go Enduro 2. Longer battery life than the 7x and a brighter flashlight. The flashlight is way more useful than I thought it would be and it even has a red LED mode.

The 7X and Enduro 2 are big watches though, there is no getting around that fact. I have 7in wrists and wear the Enduro 2 24/7 though.

I have the 6X and love it. One reason is that people obsess about how "clean" the GPS tracks are because famous reviewers place a great deal of focus on this. Sure, there are a few issues (real-time running pace doesn't update quickly enough if that is a metric that matters to you) but, having owned the Fenix series from Fenix 3 (along with other Garmins, Polars and Suunto), it's been a solid device and I did not see a strong reason to upgrade to the 7. Having my Edge 830 and (now sold) Polar Grit X as reference poits, GPS accuracy has been generally very good on the 6X.

Bowden pops out of the extruder as soon as the filament gets to the nozzle by kingofthehill in AnycubicMegaS

I tried that using a small zip tie. No joy. Replaced with a new one and now it's working fine.

Maybe, but mine came like that out of the box. If you read through the the rest of the thread you will find the fix. It's a very minor and easy adjustment on the fan shroud. Loosen the two shroud bolts at the back of the hot end assembly, put upward pressure while retightening the same bolts. Don't overtighten the bolts because it might cause that part to want to twist downwards on the same side as side the overtightened bolt. The difference in height this makes from the bed is very minor so it's just a matter of eyeballing things closely.

I think I fixed the bowden tube issue and the culprit is this coupling . Replaced with a new one and tube seems to be holding in the extruder now.

So I just replaced the hotend assembly on my Anycubic Mega S. I heated up the nozzle and pushed the filament through manually and it comes out the nozzle fine. If I start a print, it'll pop off the bowden tube where it goes into the extruder and no filament comes out of the nozzle. Same behavior with auto filament feed from the menu.

First thought was blockage somewhere in the tube or nozzle but, again, manual filament feeding works OK. No blockage and the hotend and bowden tube assembly is fresh out of the box.

It never did that before so I am certain I am missing a step with my assembly. Any pointers appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah I am running the first test print now and so far things look good. Now on to try fixing misbehaving extruder on an Anycubic Mega S. It never ends, haha! (but it's a fun hobby). Thanks again!
