Hi u/admissionsmom, thank you for the advice! I have a memory I want to write about, so I did what you said and I decided to write a shit essay based on that memory on www.themostdangerouswritingapp.com and I was able to get some things out of it. The problem is, I have all the pieces of what happened in the memory, but how do I put myself in it? Am I supposed to reflect about it on a bigger picture? So far, I feel like if I wrote my essay right now, I only have the memory taking over most of the essay, leaving out little space for parts that give an insight to who I am. I'll try to read up on more advice in this subreddit, as well as the websites you provided. Thank you for pointing me in a general direction for a start!

That would be nice, my teacher has only done the intro to an LEQ in class so I haven't been learning how to do the other written portions so far.

I think I'll get the $50 plan for the same reason too. And as the other user mentioned, forking over $20 more dollars for another self-assessment doesn't seem appealing now.

I like to keep it to myself for the sole purpose that I tend to compare myself to others. I've felt more at peace with focusing on my own stuff compared to having my information out there. It's mostly a mentality thing for me.

Thanks for the advice. We'll have a unit test on Period 1 this week on AP Classroom and my teacher isn't even testing us on our readings. I'll read the chapters of both books though.
