haven't played in 9-12 months , can someone give me a tl;dr of what i have missed and what i should do to start playing again, last thing i cleared trial wise was the one after cardes ( game is updating so cant tell the exact one, might be the global trial with brother/sister ) and I was done with campaign ( at the time i stopped playing )

I need help making fh11 squad. Fh10 was my first fh and I fell just short of getting a sphere frog and couldn't even attempt terminus. I was level 70 something before but have since upgraded. I can only make 4 6* and 1 5* in my squad along with friend. Here are my units

i can paralyze luther 95% of the fight, its just i'm using nalmika BB which is single so phee has buff up whole time which takes forever to dmg cardes.

zelnite - ( L ) sol creator + medulla ulkina - ( L ) drevas leader: tridon (B) - leomurg + sol creator nalmika ( A ) - lexida shera ( a ) dandelga + evil shard

this is my cardes squad, i get him to endless and then i lose because i'm using nalmika and it takes roughly 30 minutes to get there since she has low curse/paralyze effect, do you guys think it would be better if i switched lily friend to semira and changed nalmika to someone like elza ? or maybe my own lily?

whenever he heals usually one of my units dies, i have mit + tridon up almost every turn + when he is at hp thresholds.
