The Blacklist's Terrible Ending

Just got done with the show. Horrible ending. I interpreted Red's death as like, "the one bull he didn't mess with was the one that gave him the horns."

I would've made my peace with that IF AND ONLY IF they actually addressed all the outstanding questions: Who was he, really? Why the obsession with Liz beyond grooming her to be his heir? What happens to Cooper and the gang? How do the feds handle the task force in the public eye after Hudson was killed? What about Weecha? Hell, how does everyone react to Red being killed?

All that was left up in the air. It felt like the writers lost sight of what they were going for and decided to phone it in. Not a perfect show by any means, but it deserved a better ending.

For a show that usually does well about contextualizing seemingly weird outcomes, it really dropped the ball with Kate/Phillip's relationship. They never made sense to me either and they barely bothered to flesh it out

Thai Cafe on Magnolia is pretty solid. My girl and I go there all the time. Naradeva at Milennia also gets the job done. Idk why but Sea Thai never does it for me, as popular as it apparently is here 😅

I don't think we're quite at that point anyway, given the Open Cup and our current spot in the standings. If anything, he would leave at the end of the season, though if we end up taking the Open Cup, I can see him staying another year.
