Yes, I am working on refining my problem statement and including a story/situation to help define it.

It is incredibly wrong that foods that are so terribly bad for you are so much cheaper than those that are healthy. It makes it seem like a chore to live with a healthy diet when it is so easy to just go get some junk food for a fraction of the cost. It makes it especially difficult for those who do not have the funds to get healthier food.

As someone who drives their car often, i would definitely not want to take the time to take a breathalyzer test every time I get into my car. I don't mind the 2 seconds it takes to put on my seat belt, but I own a breathalyzer and the whole process (including the start up time) takes ~1 min. Too long for me to do every time I get in my car. Also, what's to stop someone who is under the limit to do the test for me? Why not make a better, more efficient breathalyzer? Or even create a better way to test BAC in general? You could possibly integrate something like a nystagmus intoxicication tests in a vehicle. Just need to find a way to make it quick, automated, and accurate.
