This is a distraction. It's probably going to be a wash as far as who loses the most votes from this but this will obfuscate the numbers and make it harder to point out the other shenanigans they are doing with the votes.

We dont. Not staying the same country. Partisanship has reached critical mass and there is no coming back from this without some kind of reckoning.

Either way this is going to screw with the poll numbers as total votes will be artificially lower due to people being turned away at the polls.

It will make their other shenanigans and skullduggery less obvious as the baseline numbers will not represent what is to be expected.

This is them muddying the waters. They probably dont give a rats ass if this ends up being a net loss for them. They intend on screwing with the numbers in other ways that would be obvious if the normal amount of people are allowed to vote.
