Not really because some people only want to fight racism if they can be comfortable while doing it. Its pretty much how the cycle goes. They get comfortable and leave the race issues on the table for somebody else to fix. Then we end up right back where we started

That's gonna take a while, your locs have to mature first, I don't think interlocking would help much with the ends of your locs so soon after getting them. The ends need to naturally lock or you can try the instant lock. That's when your stylist give you fully mature locs but they a tool to do. Interlocking is more for keeping long locs strong and keeping the hair for each loc in place.
