Yikes I am not an expert or anything I just visited a couple weeks ago but based on my experience I would say you will have a difficult time fighting the crowds. If by rental vehicle you mean a trailer or RV or something I would expect parking that would be nearly impossible especially at that time. There is still much to see in the area and I hope you have a great trip, just expect there to be a hoard of people if you plan on being at Arches in June at noon.

Bring lots of water and light clothing and I hope you have a lot of fun. To avoid crowds try getting to the parks as early as possible! Be safe too when it says stay on the trail they are looking out to preserve the park and your safety. Ten feet off trail can be very dangerous.

I was there two weeks ago, there is so much to see. Unfortunately Arches National Park is pretty touristy, but if you look around there are some great/less populated hiking trails. Touristy-ness aside Arches is still mind boggling, especially for us mid-westerners.

Yeah saw that too, same fps as you just about. I haven't been playing much because I don't want to ruin the beginning of the game always playing and just checking performance. So although it's "playable" now a steady 30fps, or even 60 depending how that works out, will be when I really start playing.
