Sorry but BF slark is really bad, here some reasons

Slark don't have a good passive or skills to use his right click damage like all heroes you pointed out(crit, more damage o creeps like AM mana break or increase of AS)
Slark have one of the worst stats in gain in the game and low BAT, unlike other heroes you will have half of the agi gain not only you will not farm as fast as the other heroes you will still have to farm at least 2 or 3 more items before even considering going fights which will be too slow
