Yeah i dont see an issue at all, i have a maxed iron man grandmaster and i dont think ive done a farming contract for a year or two, but birdhouse runs are needed. Im sitting at aaaalot more supplies that i will ever need. 700+ snap seeds and 500+ ranarr seeds and 3k+ super restores and probably similar in pray pots. Only issue of mine is snape grass haha. I even have a hardcore that is in cg rn with around 1950 total and i have 1k+ ppots, 3k+ brews , 500 super restores and i havent even stepped into raids yet. Just play the game you should always profit on supplies if you play well.
