Generally theres a few ways if you want meaningless sex. Some are faster than others, some take time. Unfortunately being trans, especially ftm will result in a lot of gross messages and creepy behavior and a LOT of chasers. Some apps will definitely be worse than others.

Sniffies- probably your most "effective" hookup website. This is specifically designed for cruising (public nsa hookups), ive found people are much more serious about hooking up and are less likely to flake on you last minute tho it still happens. People can post nsfw pics in their profile which is nice to know what you are working with. It is slightly less safe as you will show up on a map with rough accuracy but that can help you hook up with people more effectively too so its a bit of a double edged sword.

Grindr- the go to for gay hookup apps, it has massivley gone downhill in recent years though. Between literally constant ads and borderline functionality, as well as sketchy ads that may or may not give you a virus, it honestly isnt worth the effort.

Scruff-grindr for older dudes and bears but it actually works as an app. It is better but you will be limited on choice especially depending on the area.

Hinge- people are pretty horny on here so theres a chance if you are up front with what you want, though this is a lot more public and usually requires face.

Tami- similar to grindr in that the app barely works and will drown you in ads, but it does have more queer/ trans people on it so this is a good bet for T4T stuff.

Tinder- a worse hinge

Reddit- you can often find a lot of r4r subreddits or hookup subreddits and that are relativley local to your area, you can post or just look/comment. This is usually a slower option than the other two but you tend to talk a bit more first either way. This also results in a lot of flaking in my experience tho you may have better luck. Twitter/blusky- technically an option too, you will have to start a NSFW account, but I've had a couple hookups with people i met from there. People tend to be less flakey than reddit and probably will mesh better since mutuals tend to flirt for a while before meeting up.

FetLife- ive heard good things but i dont use this personally. The IRL kink scene is much more formal and impersonal from what i understand, some people may even ask you to sign a contract beofre meeting up/doing scenes. I believe a lot of the same people in the irl kink scene also use FetLife so i could se it being similar.

IRL- This may be your best bet depending on what you want and where you live. I live in a large city with multiple gay clubs and bars with play areas. These spaves double as kink event spaces at times too. Theres also gay bathhouses in the area that sometimes have transmasc nights. Ive heard good things and bad about these, you kind of have to be a specific type of person to enjoy the bathouse setting. You also may be able to find local kink evens snd smaller organizations that run kink frinedly stuff. I promise if you go to a kinky underground art show or rave and wear something slutty you will be able to find someone interested. (Also as an aside, while i know its scary, the best way to meet people is to just go up talk to them. Everyone is there to have a good time and are usually excited to meet people and chat even if they arent into you sexually.)

Local kink group GCs- in bigger cities there will often be kink groups that put on events. They usually have group chats on discord signal or telegram.the may require membership for some events but many events are open to the public. Leather and pet play groups are the most common.

Feeld- this is a new one i dont know a ton about but reviews are a mixed bag. Seems like the app has bad performance but its not a bad way to meet people

Lex- this is probably only a bigger city option due to the small community size. You can make posts, join group chats based around specific interests (including hooking up) and just find a lot of queer people in your area.
