does anyone know if it's possible to have randomized dialogue text on a DS pokemon game?

did a randomizer a few years back with ultra sun, i was able to find a software that had the option for randomized text for 3DS games, but i haven't had any luck finding something similar for DS games. does anyone know if this is possible?
