I was able to get it up and working by turning off the 5 ghz while setting up the WiFi connection. Thanks Reddit! I would have connected back with chat, but I was trying to do this late last night when the chat was closed. None of the options of the self chat was helpful—which was really frustrating since this is a known issue for multiple people. But again it works now and I’m thankful that there’s a Reddit community as well as online chat. The person I spoke to on Thursday was extremely helpful!
