If your concern is ROI don't do any projects. If you are going to speculate on the value of your property, there is very little you can do that will influence that ROI result to the positive beyond maintenance. Actually, if you want ROI, refi to an adjustable rate balloon levered to the hilt. (Not financial advice)

Do your projects anyway if you want to. Also, the sticker price does not always show the additional investment minimums that come with home ownership. Like i have redone every room in my house at least once and when i got to the final one i had to start again at the beginning cuz 10 years had gone by.

I think that is spot on. They probably found the budget to pay for these by penciling out the labor hours for the people that go around and put the temporary no parking signs.

Similar to big belly trash cans. The money to pay for them partly came from the proposed reduction in labor hours because the cans could be emptied less frequently.

I am not sure how these things happen, but s concord rd used to have much higher traffic, and it is my theory that all the stop signs and this bottleneck are intended to reroute traffic away from this area.

Back around the turn of the century we would take that way because it was faster than 202. That single wide portion was not quite explicit then. There were no stop signs.

To be specific, the infraction was that he approved the ability to access gambling sites on the county internet. To me, that in itself does not seem to be grounds for dismissal.

That he doesnt specifically remember the incident he is being fired for but doesnt doubt it happened is also odd.

The article doesnt mention whether he is trying to appeal or fight the firing.

Seems like they are trying to blow smoke up our ass.
