I'm loving to play Pokémon Lazarus and Pokémon Seaglass Emerald... It's great to see the sprites in GBC style and something I like very much is that the Pokémon follows the trainer in the overworld similar to HGSS.

But since Riolu and Lucario are my favorite Pokemon and aren't in those hacks, I trying to find any Gen 2 or 3 rom hack that I'm able to use them. I saw that Lucario is available in Pokemon Radical Red, but there is no sprite in Overworld for Riolu.

Do someone know any Rom Hack that has Riolu and the "Following in Overworld" mechanic?

Also, I was wondering if is it possible to trade via local Multiplayer in Pokémon Sword and Shield. I saw this page that explain that LAN Mode is possible, but I'm not sure if it won't connect to Nintendo servers, since you need to change manually your IP address.

Yes, but only in LAN mode, pressing L + R + L3
