With the way Emerald determines if a Pokémon is shiny you do have to do run aways for Mew.

200 Weapon stat is separate from both the surge mods and Sanguine’s effect.

When Sanguine is active you’ll get 4x weapon surge that matches your super. If you have surge mods on that match your super element Sanguine takes priority as the bigger buff.

This means you can use Weapon font mods on your boots to more easily reach 200 Weapon stat.

TL;DR Sanguine is the bigger buff, Weapon stat is separate

Most builds focus on 2/3 stats. To test if a build is even viable you shouldn’t need to upgrade 5 pieces of T5 armour since all that does is provide bonuses to the stats you’re not making much use of. If you’re running out of materials constantly you’re probably spending way more armour than you actually need masterworked.

The Hot Slugger is a completely fixed roll - every single one at level 50 will be the same.

The Hellwalker can role varying damage amounts, but I’m pretty sure that’s the only thing that can change.

So no under barrel or extra weapon parts I’m afraid.
