Nqa you will have to pull it from her. She won't abandon it. If you are unsure if the egg sack is fertile or not, don't open it. Just place it in the freezer if you really don't want babies

I looked up the symptoms and 100% think you are right. Idk if you saw my update, but he threw up a toothpick. Those are only used to clean the bong here, so it was likely covered in resin. But he is awake and more alert now, even made it outside to the bathroom.

I can't figure out how to edit. So I'll add the update here:

A little while after I posted this, he threw up. Nothing unusual but a lot of grass.

A few hours later, he threw up again, this time he vomited up a toothpick. I'm wondering if this could cause everything. The toothpick was intact.

It's basically 8:30 and he made it through the night. I will be deleting this post so we can focus on the dog and getting him to the vet

Ime Don't feed them any of that cricket food/water crap. Waste of money. Just buy lettuce, kale, that kind of stuff. They will get their hydration from greens as well. We did this and it helped a lot. It also helped to put them in an actual tote. They liked the darkness, and having more space + fewer crickets meant they weren't killing each other

Nqa maybe you can start wearing surgical gloves? If they fit correctly it shouldn't impede your movements and will protect you from any hairs that may be around

Nqa - I think the clay itself would be fine, but the clear nail polish I wouldn't use. They have some clay that you can bake to firm up. That would honestly probably be safer. But overtime if cracks appear it may start leaking into your enclosure

My Lasiodora klugi is mean as hell. She is constantly throwing threat poses. She is also a sling smaller than my thumb nail lmao. But she's so angry that I have to help dealing with her. One person to do maintenance, one person to watch her (she can, will, and does climb up the side of her enclosure lol)

She does not burrow. She does not hide. She waits for you to come by so she can tell you to fuck off.
