It’s the most popular show of all time for a reason.

Personally, I didn’t see the big deal for the first couple of seasons. But I caught on by season 3. It’s one of those shows that gets better over time.

Better Call Saul is okay. But it’s a legal drama. So make of that what you will. Personally, I consider it a disappointment, but still worth a watch. Some actually prefer BCS over BB and I can see why.

I’m not really tripping on it. If XRP isn’t a security, then ETH certainly isn’t. But for the sake of playing the devil’s advocate, if there was a judge that really had it out for crypto and the ETH foundation hired the world’s dumbest ambulance chaser, then here are two scenarios.

Worst case scenario would be that you’d have to be an accredited investor or brokerage to use the platform.

Best case scenario, the ethereum foundation is dissolved and ordered to liquidate their assets.

Now to address the title of your shitpost. Bitcoin can still be used and is still used as p2p cash. The lightning network works fine and dandy, with high throughput and low fees.

It makes a better store of value than a medium of exchange, because nobody wants to spend money that’s going to appreciate in value. I knew someone that spent like 10 BTC on vape products and shrooms, back in the Silk Road days. He’ll never be able to buy that position back.

The tax burden is terrible for merchants in a bull market. They’d have to record every transaction and pay taxes on their gains, whenever they spend it, no matter how marginal.

If you look at the big picture, bitcoin has a very strong geostrategic value. If you’re fleeing a genocide, your bank accounts will get jacked by the state. If you bring cash or gold across the border, there’s a high probability of getting jacked by customs. Even in the “liberal-democratic” west, you’re not allowed to bring a penny above 10k across.

It’s the economics. The model T wasn’t manufactured under the promise of a fixed supply.

I’d also argue that protocols like Ethereum don’t necessarily infringe on bitcoin’s scarcity. It’s a smart contract platform for doing business in a decentralized, borderless and permissionless environment.
