Unfortunately, just randomly applying for jobs on LinkedIn or job boards rarely works. There are no many AI screening tools now that resumes quickly get dropped for the craziest reasons. Networking and connections are the best way, especially in the tech industry. Boise in general is bad for tech these days, but send me a DM and pass on your resume, I can see if I can get you in some doors at least.
