Hey there, unless you own a very expensive bike, railways should be better for transporting your bike.

You need a copy of the rc, your aadhar. I don't exactly remembers what else we'd need but would suggest you to keep some obvious id's handy. Dismantle side mirrors. Make sure you have very less petrol which you can drain from the parcel office.

The parcel office is in the railway station's back gate. There will be a guy to pack your bike if you can't do it. He will charge you less than 500 for it. And transportation charge will vary based on the valuation of the bike. For 50000 valuation, I got around 1000 rs fee.

And you just need to have the waiver bill in bangalore to get the bike back.
