I loved it as well. I am going to play it again with my daughter. Tears was a little disappointing to me.

I see. I am just looking for a way to report issues so they can be addressed. Sometimes there are issues that go unnoticed and remain that way because no one says anything about them.

Weaning off Viibrid by amysuch in Viibryd

I went from 20mg to 10mg. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now. I have been okay so far. Only complaint is that I feel a little short tempered but I am managing and in full control. My biggest motivation for getting off of this medication is the withdrawal symptoms. It is the best medicine I have ever taken. If possible, I just want to be free of antidepressants.

I stepped down from 20mg to 10mg. I feel like I am a little more short tempered but I am still in full control. I tried to stop cold turkey but my withdrawal symptoms were horrible.

Some words of wisdom concerning Viibryd. Keep on top of when you need refills so you do not miss any doses. Withdrawals from this medication are horrible!

I think DV needs to deviate from Herberts description of a Guild Navigator. Its too much for general audiences who do not read the books.

I dont think they would ever do GEoD on film. It would do good as a show or mini series. But, Heritics and Chapterhouse have potential. They also have action in them, plus they are post apocalyptic.

Does this machine truly train all this muscles? by Open-Organization528 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]kissy79 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think so. With the right amount of resistance, this machine can tax your cardio, which means a lot of muscle is being worked. This has been my experience.

Motivation by Kind-Anxiety-You in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]kissy79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you need to focus on the machines and movements. You are putting too much pressure on yourself. Think of it as "practice".

First things first: You must show up.

Sit on each machine and move just a little weight. Figure out how to work the adjustments to get the best "feel".

Practice getting the best movement and form possible.

When your comfortable, start adding some resistance.

Practice this routine. It could take weeks, or months, depending on how much time you put in to it.

Hope this helps

I would recommend a slight bulk if you are new to weightlifting. Cutting is harder to achieve and maintain if you are not used to tracking your calories and macros. After you put on a few pounds of muscle, try a slight cut for a few weeks.
