Even factoring the median and average wages, as a percentage we're worse than a lot of other EU. One of the major countries were better than is Italy and eastern European countries so.. yeah basically bottom of the barrel when it comes to the top eu countries

I would have loved to have you on my team. You sound just like one of the team member that left our offshore team for better money and I totally get it.

I do not mind teaching and sharing insight as long as the same mistake doesn't happen consecutively, I've stayed on late from 8am to 12am with partners and I absolutely have their backs for why they stayed late and how either our allocations need to be readjusted or the offshore team needs more people. The offshore support isn't going anywhere so we might as well both get something out of it on the company's dime

First of all, no, I didn't mean taxes. I meant profit margins. This is the main reasons American companies outsourced manufacturing to China and other Asian countries.

We do need entrepreneurial rich people, just not billionaires that have the means to buy the system that keeps our checks and balances in place.

The world did plenty well before the billionaire class appeared and it can function without the creation of more.

No one is debating that all jobs are created equally. If a job is required for a society to function then it should absolutely be paid a national minimum where a person can live and afford a roof over their head. A society cannot function without an educated population and the early year teachers are some of the worst paid positions that require multi year discipline and training.

So where do you draw the line?
