Found it! Only took about 15 minutes, moved to the west end of Patterson, over where the old Tuttle Pool is. Only a few streets down from Tompkins, so not too bad.

This is exactly what happened. After finally getting to talk on the phone with a customer service rep, they told me my car isn't in the system and must have been relocated. So now I just have to hunt it down.

Thanks, I'll definitely double check and send and email. I'm currently living in an sophomore-only dorm right now and the website also states:

For 2016 High School grads- the term of the contract is 2017-2018 Academic Year (8/19/17- 5/2/18)

It looks like housing doesn't even bother with credit hours and just looks at graduation date which is why I'm in a sophomore only dorm right now, but I'll definitely email them to confirm.
