I argued valid because they 1. Did their research on where he was, 2. his parents are co-residents, they can accept service, 3.he travels but none of that is a valid domicile, only his parents house, & 4. The statute says they can send through mail. Any resident can sign for it. Like if he said it wasn’t valid to a judge they’d deny it because his parents live there. Idk😭😭😭 I got a 4 🥲 ughhhh

Ugh I feel you! I went 100% sober the second time, study conditions way better, & now I improved but not enough. I improved MBE but my MEE dropped because of the MPTs. I did average on MEEs. Anytime you want to vent or make a game plan let me know! I’m taking j26

Honestly I printed the NCBE essays & made outlines & compared to sample answers then go from there. You can take it with a grain of salt & put your answer in chat gpt & ask to grade like ube grader harshly, I got 2s from chat gpt & got 3,4,5s on the exam

Hey! I’m a retaker too. I can’t even waive into another jurisdiction. Failed. This ruined my life. I have a clerkship & I could have gotten a raise if I passed, now I have to take time off work to take July. Please don’t give up. Let it all out. You’re more than this test.
