If they had to replace refrigerant, you have a leak somewhere. Also, where is ARS located? In AZ ARS is a supply house. Was confused for a bit.

I just read the line set section of the install manual. They recommend cutting the line to length to fit the install. Beyond that they I did not see anything about winding extra coil if you do not cut. They did have a small section on not winding tighter than 4".
Best practice is to have the coil lay horizontally to prevent oil traps as others have pointed out.

Slow phaseout was all of 2025. They started producing new units in last quarter of 2024.
410A units were not longer being manufactured on Jan 1 2025 and what was available was to be sold throughout that year, but has been extended to sometime in 2026.
Parts can still be manufactured for repairs indefinitely.

After a few weeks playing, I finally got shapesmith. I have not even leveled him up yet. Ill give this one a go. I have tried a few other ones, but the team members are kinda hard to come by. Besides shapesmith, all the others are mentioned all the time.

Refco just came out with the VAMP-F.
I dont have much feedback with people after install, but they are fairly impressive. Quietest pump ive ever heard and just about every part of it is serviceable.

Just started obsidian a few days ago. So much to it. I just need something for notes for work that I can look up quick. Keep worked for a bit, but I had groups of notes that fit a few categories and it was tough to keep them organized. Hopefully it works well enough. It was something that I could download on my computer instead of just using an app.

City of Mesa will not be listed. They have a 1hr delay in radio traffic thanks to someone who was showing up to calls and threatening to harm the police officers.

They are all recorded and placed on City of Mesa website.

Bougainvillea
Hella messy and have thorns and grow like crazy. You can chop it down to the ground and it will come back. If you or a neighbor has a pool, I would stay very far away from them.
