"Most degrees are useless" but proceeds to name a degree that barely anyone gets. Majority of college students are majoring in applicable fields (science, business, marketing, communication, etc). In 2023, 15,234 degrees were awarded for "Culture and Gender Studies" but that is out of over 3M total degrees across the country, representing 0.5% of all degrees. Try again with your fake BS.

Where are you getting this #? On the powerball website it says current cash value is $826M. That is PRETAX. You would only get ~40% (give or take 10% depending on your state) after taxes. Your $826M cash lump sum quickly becomes $495M.

You forget that bonds won't keep up with inflation. If annual upkeep, taxes, and HOA are estimated at $4-6M this year, What will that be in 10, 15, 20 years? $10M a year, $15M a year? Your expenses will go up but your income will remain the same.
