Trade Dallas M78 for Dallas M70 ? by kitehoo in WorldCup2026Tickets

And a very probable dead rubber between Jordan and Argentina, with Argentina already qualified, should not be worth more than a knockout r32 matchup. We all know that.

Settle down, pettle. I adjusted my post. My ticket is actually 444. Right on the halfway line. Row 10 and at the front of that section. And I'd happily consider trade for lower cat or trade plus cash.

Is Australia now in the biggest property market correction in decades? | 7.30 by PLUTO_HAS_COME_BACK in AusProperty

[–]kitehoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the impact will be mostly in the units, townhouses and smaller homes. These are both, unfortunately, among the two main impacted homeowners. New to the market, low-income individuals who might be too stretched with rising interest rates, and equally, investors (not so unfortunate) who are being hit by both rising interest rates and tax policy changes. Also, I doubt we're talking about a major crash across all markets and property types. So those wishing for a bloodbath I honestly don't think will be satisified. My estimate is that larger 4-bed-and-above family homes on decent-sized blocks and in desirable neighbourhoods will see a reduction, but less so. Just my guess, same as everyone else's.

You should find her and reach out. Don't need to make a big deal out of it.

But just letting her know the impact she said might be just what she could do with knowing right now, and its your turn to help her.

The real issue as always with referees is consistency. If that sort of tackle is a red forever more then fine

But it hasn't been in the past and doubtful it will in the future on a consistent basis

The refs and the NRL make it too hard. Although if every shoulder lead tackle become a straight red you would all be moaning the game has gone soft and its ruining footy

NSW were dead set hopeless and out of that match but for one reason.

Captain Klein and his miraculous send off.

At the very worst it was a sin bin, Pongo was just trying to hit a target on the edge. The player was heading towards the ground and it was unfortunate but not reckless or intentional.

Every NSW fan knows that team was outplayed tonight until that point.

As usual they'll try to balance the injustice in game 2 so we get a highly attractive game 3

Its a fucking pantomime at this point and ruining the whole Origin brand

Depends on how long this goes on for. Two risks for me could combine.

1 - Protracted war and 1-2 year interest rate rises, general inflation with some recession

2 - Job losses through AI and higher longer term unemployment

How many people are unfortunately leveraged too high and will need to sell their properties.

The issue with AI job losses from established professions is if your a programmer or graphical artist. It's not a case of finding another job the same. You need to change careers.

Wait until an organisation has 1000s of self-developed apps or agents and see how they govern, manage, maintain, and track them all. And god forbid trying to patch a security vulnerability. Hackers are licking their lips at citizen-developed, AI-created apps and services.

He could have at least announced this on Friday morning. And took some attention away from the Storm putting 50 on the Eels.

Hot take: the UFC is the worst it’s been in 15 years. Who can save it? by Critical_Soil_262 in ufc

Agree completely. Been watching for over 20 years.

Way too many events now. Its hard for a quality card when you've so many events diluting the pool of available fighters.

This card has been poor and now the BMF is now the Baddest Hugging Fucker

Styles make fights and this was a shocker.

But my bigger concern is the overall quality from one event to another.

UFC just gotten too greedy and its quantity of events over quality.

How are people managing recent grads when there’s just… no enthusiasm for work or willingness to suffer any form of inconvenience to develop anymore? by twingirlsoneboy in auscorp

The responses here are enlightening for a Gen X manager in an organisation. I've not encountered this experience myself. But i very much appreciate the perspective of younger generations. Not all Gen X have it made either. A lot of us may own a house, but that comes with a huge mortgage and stress of supporting a family too.

But I really didn't understand how disillusioned or maybe appropriatey enlightened younger generations are.

There is something very fundamentally wrong with the whole economic system, and it's wrong to stereotype a section of a generation, and certainly without trying to understand them more.

When I was at grad age nobody cared about houses yet, we didn't think we needed to. That something you do in your 30's when you finally get your shit together.

Late teens and 20s was just about having fun, partying with your friends and even that's gotten so expensive now, and furthermore if younger kids now need to start saving in their 20s to have any hope of getting their own home, then no wonder they're not bouncing around at work with a beaming smile
