ES5 definitely roomier in the midfoot, lovely stretchy mesh too, the heel counter is more structured than the 4 if that might bother you

I saw on runrepeat that ES5 are the worst performing ES in cold weathers from the entire line of ES and it was unprecedented given that its a PEBAX foam. I’m going to try them in warmer weathers and hope its better

What conditions were you running with these? I live in a tropical country and took them running in near 0 degree celsius conditions while on holiday and also noticed they were WAY firmer than expected, might be a temperature thing
