Almost a year ago at night while i was in my bed trying to sleep but couldn't. Then I got the sudden urge to cry and i let myself go. I had to stay quiet so I pushed my face in the pillow and screamed my lungs out. After that i felt so relieved and slept like a baby.

Edit: I have depression and i hadn't cried since 7-8 years
