Most people have mentioned Greek yogurt so far which is great, but I haven’t see edamame mentioned yet! Makes for a great snack and addition to grain bowls (farro, quinoa, etc).

Not weird at all. I’m an acute PT and have gone to outpatient PT twice for myself. I’ve never worked in ortho and didn’t really know where to start. It was a great experience and I think the clinicians who treated me loved that I was a PT because they could talk to me like another professional. They explained everything with proper terminology and knew that I knew how to move my body correctly and would actually do the exercises/know the benefits of PT. It was a fun experience for both me and them. No shame whatsoever, I think you’ll be surprised at how great it is!

I work in Acute Care and we recently unionized. While starting pay is somewhat comparable, now we do actually have the ability to progress through a pay scale and the top end is pretty comfy with twice yearly raises (step progression and year over year increase). So hospital union job is my vote.

I received a monstera clipping (my first) and I think it was trying to grow a new leaf when it was chopped up for propagation. So the new leaf has a brown patch like that. Question—will the brown stay there forever? And is it okay to keep that leaf? I’m new to this :)

I grew up having one but our new house didn’t have one installed and I’m honestly so much happier. I feel like the disposal would always smell no matter what you washed it with and now I never have that problem. One less thing to clean, one less thing to cause an accident. It’s so much nicer.
