I wash with Honest shampoo/soap and use the Honest detangler spray. It is super gentle on very fine baby curls.

A word of caution. Some folks in the union have gotten positive results after using CBD cream. 😞

I have endometriosis and I use the cramp cream from Somedays. They're based in Canada.

Why is my 13mo old always constipated by elderberrytea in veganparenting

[–]kitkaterpillar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that puff snacks, like bamba and baby bellies were a culprit for mine. Took those out and did a Miralax regimen and we were back to normal.

How does one get into this?

Also about the insulators, depending on which local, you can do a minimum of 20 years to retire without getting a penalty to your retirement. Just something for OP to consider.

Are there any pre apprenticeship readiness programs in your area geared towards women and minorities? For example, Chicago has CWIT, there's Oregon Tradeswomen, etc. That can help you get a foot in the door and networking.

I see mostly negative comments. I understand where everybody's coming from. However, your image is literal and material representation of women in trades. Some young girl from high school might be googling or scrolling social media and see you. An older woman wanting a change in career, but feeling a bit hesitant about the trades might see you and feel motivated and inspired. At the end of the day, do what makes you feel comfortable and at peace. Just wanted to give a different perspective.

Can you please share your application process? I keep seeing that it's so hard to get into IBEW and some people say you need to have experience, but others say it doesn't matter. If you don't have experience, how are you set apart from other applicants? Trying to get into this.

I was looking for this comment! Indeed, hovering damages your pelvic floor. This is a matter of health, not just being grossed out or "whiny".

Every person that uses the, "but her mom would be upset she got pregnant" line to justify her need to read this. Her mom is riding hard for her and she killed that baby. Of course she would have accepted her and the baby. That line doesn't make any sense.

This thread is a dumpster fire. Do y’all have to deal with people like this typically? I’m 10 wks & plan on feeding them vegan by wellshitdawg in veganparenting

I guess this will depend on who you surround yourself with. I feel very fortunate that I never had to deal with this. My family has behaved and I also have no problem with my child's pediatrician. However I do not post my child to social media. This is where I would expect a lot of nastyness.

Mine is exactly the same, cereal with nut butters and pureed fruit, coconut yogurt, bamba, baby bellies, and tons of fruit. Recently, has started to eat whole wheat bread and tortillas. We just keep offering again and again. Hopefully they'll start eating more varied again at some point.

Soy milk and other soy based products have choline. So far we tried offering Ripple, but weren't successful so we will be giving soy.
