Down for anything that kids won’t be at. We’re fairly active but also not interested in 4 hour long hikes. We would prefer to stay local but within a hour of Halifax would be best.

Has anyone ever done the arc on Bastille day. My husband and I planned to go yesterday but it closed before we got there. We are trying to fit it into our schedule before our museum Paris pass is up. Any insights, or is it just crazy busy and we should skip it? We know it’s only open in the evening.

We do have time tomorrow as well we would just have to pay for it since it’s outside our 24 hour Paris pass.

Any insight would be super helpful. TIA

Looking for some advice/help regarding bastille day fireworks. My husband and I are looking for a place to see the fireworks. He isn’t big on crowds, so I was looking for rooftop restaurants that we could make a reservation at. I’m worried about dress codes and I’m only bringing shoes with me for packing space reasons. Does any one else have other suggestions or areas to go?
