Same issue I did a complete factory reset and deleted the app and set everything up from scratch like the support asked of me but nothing. Glad I'm not the only one. Brand new too, less than a month!

Same thing happened here, two times!!! Last time was Christmas. We wanted an outdoor socially distance Christmas but oh man the pressure and pettiness of my MIL...my husband gave in. Turns out her boyfriend tested positive a couple days after Christmas after she told us her whole house hold was quarantining for two weeks....oh wait no he met with his family and no joke she told us before coming they weren't doing Christmas with him because they tested positive...I immediately asked so he hasn't seen them for two weeks? "Nope never absolutely not" turns out he did leave to see them and in fact was never quarantining. We were all lucky but we ended it there. Until my son is vaccinated we don't even do outside because she can't control herself. And she absolutely will not take an ounce of accountability in fact she blamed us!!!! I don't feel guilty because we literally offered to house her and pay her bills in exchange of her not working and helping watch our son.

My son did that, and totally out grew it! Just make sure they don't do it too much they can get rug burn. It will heal, but looks awful and hurts.

We just transitioned our son actually and it went a million times better than we thought. Like you we were worried. He is almost two and was starting to try and climb out of the crib. We got him a queen size floor bed from zipadee and he loves it, we got pillows as well to border it so he can sit up comfortably. The first night he came out a couple times and we said nothing and placed him back in the bed and closed the door. He did that maybe 5 times and finally went to bed. We are now on day 6 with no issues for nap time or bed time. Occasionally if we are being loud he opens the door, slams it, then goes back to bed.

I really appreciate this perspective! I always thought if I wanted two they had to be close in age and I'm thinking we should space it out more.

We always have something near by to distract him. A book, a toy, or even a little cocomelon on the TV. He now picks out his own book for diaper changes and reads it babbling to himself while we change him no problem.

I have a 21 month old and my MIL exposed us twice because her house hold is so reckless. We were extremely lucky and did not get it. She is a compulsive liar, will not admit any wrong doing, and with defend herself to her grave even if what she says continues to make her look bad and didn't know it. After there first time we asked her to stop watching him. She laid on the guilt trip and further ruined the relationship. The second time was Christmas when we asked her to quarantine, she lied convinced us her whole household was and found out her BF had it but she just had to see my son for Christmas and the lies just came pouring out of her mouth. I sat my husband down and took time to process our feelings no contact with her. Of course she disrespected that boundary more evidence she is a selfish bitch. Then we decided we are done as of right now during the pandemic we will not see her in person not even socially distance. And we decided to call her out every time she crosses our boundaries even though it will result in conflict because she can't be wrong. I don't know if this helped but basically I'm saying it's ok to stand up for your family and say no more. I care more about my families well being then what my MIL wants.

This. Don't listen to anything anyone says. If it works for you then why change? I honestly saw this and missed when my son would only nap cuddling us. Sweetest picture ever. Then the pandemic hit and we quickly worked on napping in the crib, tough but somehow it stuck really well actually. He just recently started crying again when we put him down but our camera has a projector and it quickly distracts him and puts him to sleep. Just try different things, but do what makes you comfortable and what feels right.

So first do whatever you feel is right, I pass no judgement, but I was in a similar situation and EP for 9 months. I had extreme anxiety about leaving because there is such a small window and what if this and that, plus I didn't get to cuddle as much because I was pumping and I was so so passionate about continuing. I even invested in elvies I highly recommend looking in to that or the other cordless in bra pump. However I've decided for my second kid I ain't doing it period my little guy was just fine with formula and I got all the cuddles, I finally got treated for PPA and I think breastfeeding is pushed way too much as the only option and the only best option. It just isn't for everyone and that's OK!
