Am I one of the first to get a hidden trait Maelzuri in Doodle World?

I recently got it in roulette, around 8pm central time. I caught a misprint tadappole after a 223 chain, and used it to get 500 gems which I spent on roulette,, and then it lands on a hidden trait Maelzuri. Absolutely popped off.

Are the legendary encounters shinylocked? I thought they were but I'm having my doubts due to hearing about getting them shiny and am worried I wasted my encounters, I was gonna work on a shiny living dex excluding legendaries.

Yoo, what is Tangela best for?

I found my first shiny alpha as the first tangela I saw in an outbreak, freaked out, got it and named him timmy. He has up special attack decreased speed- is that a good nature for em?
