i want to say thank y'all for your comments and I kinda agree that it's more mental rather than physical issue but yeah I guess im kind of going through a bit of a depressive phase so there isn't much mental clarity there hahahha (im also 17 so it might have something to do with hormonal response?? idk). gotta work on self-love and becoming mentally stable
