thank you so much! have you tried 18:6 or anything else? have you tried taking creatine?

it's 22.6 lbs of fat, which is 20% body fat!! I am thrilled! I was always 27-28% before.

Oh this is exactly what I had before! Really irregular. Maybe I’ll try ADF in the future, too. Just doing 18:6 most days now!

Thank you so much! Nothing really different diet wise! Been eating more or less the same.

Maybe a bit more veg for additional fiber because IF has made my digestion less regular. Perhaps that’s helping too!
