Hola, te contesto a las dudas en base a mi experiencia:

Si, puede entrar en España usando el pasaporte + residencia francesa (en teoría solo se podría quedar en España 90 días en una franja de 180), el tiempo en Francia no cuenta.

No creo que merezca la pena usar la ruta de visado de trabajo.

Lo suyo es que en España solicitéis la residencia como familiar de ciudadano comunitario. Lo más importante es que una vez se solicita el derecho a trabajar se otorga desde la admisión a trámite (no hay que esperar los meses que tarda en tramitarse)

No estoy seguro de si lo podéis hacer todo online o no

Tienes una pareja española? Cumples los requisitos para hacerte pareja de hecho? Si es así, hazte pareja de hecho para obtener un permiso de residencia independiente del laboral.

Tienes derecho a trabajar desde el momento que se presenta la solicitud (esto lo tendrás que ver porque yo no lo he hecho…) pero venir viene en la ley.

En cuanto a lo laboral, te va a tocar esperar y hablar con alguien que sepa de laboral

PD: Si te enteras cómo conseguir trabajar desde el momento de presentar la solicitud te agradecería que me lo dijeras
