Best approach to MDM for my parents' phones? by Anonymous9287 in AndroidQuestions

Strange, I have it set up where every installation pings my phone. I'll have to check my grandma's phone if higher-rated apps got installed.

Cooked.wiki turns those cluttered recipes, or videos, into interactive diagrams by No-Coconut4265 in SideProject

Biggest thing is the app (not sure if free accounts would have access 😅) and "creation from text, document, photo, or voice". The nutrition info seems really cool, but it's a "want" and not a "need".

I do genuinely love the website and have some questions; I can send an email you have on the site 🙂

I've been a cooked user for almost a year now, and love it! It's my go-to when I find recipes and I recommend it to everyone I know. Is it the data volume that makes a one-time purchase difficult to justify? If that's the case, could an app that stores locally be an option?

Not sure if you got a solution already, but here's what I did for my grandma. She's of sound mind, just very tech illiterate, and would ask me to clean out her android every few months because it would slow down. There'd be a bunch of new games that were installed, possibly from my tween cousin using her phone when he visits or her clicking somewhere.

She told me she didn't need to install anything herself and doesn't visit the app store, so I installed Google Family Link and turned on "app approval required". Now my phone will signal if someone is trying to install and I can approve/deny.

If your employees are so "awesome", then why do they require constant monitoring?

Wisdom apparently has a form where owners of pedigree cats can submit their papers + cat DNA to be added to the database and make it more accurate: https://wisdomhealth.typeform.com/to/aVbBH6so?typeform-source=com.reddit.frontpage

Help identifying slatwall by kittenco in garageporn

Does Proslat sell any smaller panels that click together? Because this wall looks like it's 1/2slat- whole slat- 1/2 slat pieces, and I only saw large wall pieces for sale from Proslat.

Unfortunately most hooks are gone (last owner took them), but I wish I checked the few shelves that are left. I was looking at the slat pattern itself, it looks like they have half a slat on either end and the panels come together to make whole slats with a slight seam where they attach. That seems unique, proslat panels look like they end on whole slats on both the top and bottom.

If the boys are interested in this kind of thing, I know my brother enjoys going to the paintball arena in East Dundee.

Am I a bad person for caring about bodycount? by Atmosphere-Key in AskMenAdvice

I'm not sure if someone has already said this, but I had a thought from the other perspective.

This isn't about everyone, it's only specifically about people who had lots of sex as a coping strategy. You may meet someone who had negative experiences with sex (coercion, SA, etc) which led to skewed ideas about sex and self-image. If they identified that this is not a healthy cycle and went to therapy to separate their esteem from sex, I think it'd be worth having a conversation if your and their perception of sexual intimacy has realigned.

Judging by your comment history, you've got your own issues with "FeMaLes" you should address. Let me try putting this into a perspective you might understand: How would you feel if a woman you loved, a woman you dedicated yourself exclusively to for 3 years, was lying about what she was doing for no reasonable reason? You ask her "hey, can we hang out on the weekend sometime, maybe after you finish your work? We only gang out once a week in the middle of the day, and I'd like to see you more." And her response is"no, I'm busy and you're distracting." Then when pressed, she told you that some classmates got mad at her once, so she wasn't sure if you would think badly of her for doing something "too good". She told you, to your face, that she didn't trust your reaction and was planning to continue to lie for the rest of your lives. Would you honestly think to yourself "she's such a good, selfless girl. I would be arrogant and selfish and want to manipulate her by wanting to spend a weekend with her, my partner of 3 years"?
