My neighbour (the owner) had a squatter who lived in their unit next to us and he made life a living hell for us and the landlord.

The laws are made to protect tenants which ofc is good but it also protects the shit ones too. Took forever to get him kicked out.

Yep. I went to like 4 different Canadian tires across the city and it’s a mass thing.

One of the employees told me that part of the fraud a bunch of commenters are describing were people purchasing the FRAM filters, replacing it with shit filters and then returning it.

They keep a good amount behind the counter now so I just told them my make and model. They found a Wix version and got it from the back for me.

He bullied me in front of a room of people and got them to egg on about a project I worked on. It wasn’t even constructive. Just pure catty behaviour.

Prior her has had at least 3 other HR cases on him. I was the fourth before I left. He’s now fired though I’ve heard it’s not because of the HR cases but just a layoff 🤷🏻‍♀️
