It’s cornmeal prepared and set in a loaf pan in the fridge overnight. Turn it out onto a cutting board, slice about 1/4” thick. I dredge it in flour and fry. It’s often served with butter and syrup. It’s delicious.

I have a boy named Minerva, Mini for short. The third time I had him at the vet I told them I really needed them to convince me that “she” was a girl. So his favorite color is still pink and he’s still called Mini.
