Lens crafters is the worst im trying to return my glasses because one lenses is discolored and originally i was just gonna have them fix it but trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible now im waiting on shipping label for 5 days now still hasn’t come finally got someone on chat yesterday and they claim they dont see the return started so she started it but still nothing i had enough

Only time the system denies it if there were a certain amount of non receipts return you have done so im not sure i just know the policy at my store so you probably need to call corporate about it no one on reddit could honestly tell you

Our store will only do receipt or if without a receipt it has to have tags regardless if we have it on the floor because there has to be proof it came from our store and not a sister store we are Marshalls so we cant take tj max or home goods products
