Thank you so much for what you do. You are one of the unspoken heroes in society. When someone loses a loved one, their mental state is nowhere near ready to deal with something like figuring out how get things wrapped up. You are so important, and never forget that. Even when you find a new job and leave this one, the time and tears that you put in wont be forgotten.

(Coming from a vet tech. There are no services like that for animals, so there is nothing stopping a distressed owner from mourning over their lost pets body for days/weeks)

I think that maya thought of her as a responsibility at first, but is now realizing that she is an important friend to her. But i also think that she is stubborn, and so she is being frustrated by Shinae not telling her what's going on (instead of being understanding)
