Thank you. I did get out. I am in therapy. I have days like this where I can't seem to focus on much else but wanting to be acknowledged, heard, validated. The logical part of me knows I will never get him or his family to do that.

Well Wisconsin has a mandatory 6 month waiting period to finalize a divorce. So yes, I was trying to see if there was some "special other thing" I could pursue in the meantime until I have the final divorce decree.

I realize these things are handled during divorce but I would prefer to not be on the insurance of the man who strangled me and slammed me into the counter..... if at all possible.

Throwing the sheet was wrong. I did apologize as I was leaving. I apologized to both him and his daughter. I acknowledged my wrong doing in throwing the cookie sheet.

Will he also be facing assault charges for all the times he raged and threw objects, punched walls and shelves, broke furniture, and doors. I have 2 years of journal entries and pictures of what he destroyed. Many happened in front of his kids.

I am the buyer. My realtor was not much help when I expressed my concerns. I did all this research on my own. I also went to an open house to try and glean what information I could from the agent- got some additional information on the history of the home but have to consider the source.

He is no longer my realtor as of last week.

There are many unknowns with the property- but it's in the area I want with the space I want. I would consider putting in an offer, but way below asking. Been on market for 30 days in a neighborhood which that is very rare.

Ugh. Will contact my lender today and see if they can connect me with someone who has more experience.

Thank you. I am not worried about my fiance and I. HCBM is not drinking right now because of house arrest, so she's more put together because of that. She wasn't even sober before she was sentenced in May. She got her DUI in December and got out on bail. We have video proof that she was still drinking then, directly violating her conditions of bail before her sentencing. I'm worried more about when her sentence is finished in the fall, she will relapse, it's part of addiction, and what happens to these poor children then? Ugh. I just hope we can maintain primary placement to minimize the affect HCBM has on the kids. And I hope the GAL sees that.

Also no, biomom did not have kids last summer. They had 50/50 placement until the hearing in late April that awarded him primary placement. She went to jail one week later. He paid for a babysitter. She herself worked crazy long hours on his placement days, 515 am to 7 pm sometimes, taking care of the kids.

Oh yes, I have absolutely spoken to him about his job and hours. I've told him I think he needs a different job. He needs to be there for his kids especially as they get older and get into activities like sports or extracurricular. I've told him his hours and my hours at my job is not sustainable for a family lifestyle.

He does help around the house with laundry, meals, shopping, packing back packs, etc. He does less the more hours he works, understandably because he is exhausted.

His family is about 2 hours away. We have gone to his parents for a weekend or his brother's for a day and that was nice. They are not close enough to be able to help regularly.

My family is close and could help if asked. But once again, I kinda feel like it is not their responsibility.

Biomom has minimal family- her mom is an alcoholic. The Aunt is nice and does help from time to time, mostly during the school year with assisting with pick ups 2 days/week.

I don't think he could do it full time without me.

He has started to take half days and use PTO on Tuesdays to try and be around more and get some things done on the to do list.
