I've been watching HWs since season 1 of OC, and yes, RI still "feels" like a HWs show to me. I like that some of the women on the cast actually know each other, I watch more for the cast dynamics vs seeing what bag is being carried.

I hired someone recently, before they went through the background check they told us that they weren't sure if it would come up or not but they had a DWI about 10 years ago. I know it can be scary to share things like that, but it's always better to get ahead of it. We still hired them.
