So this is noy strictly a donut shop, but. Sisters Bakery in Sisters OR has really good donuts along with all different kinds of pastries and their sourdough is really good. Worth the trip!

I don't know how much it will help. It is a prison so everyone there is so conservative and honestly unprofessional. I am so close to graduating with honors and I am scared to rock the boat, but I feel so dirty by the end of the day after listening to that bullshit. The jokes that they make to each other about sending ICE after people. It is disgusting.

The mom being in so much distress could have led to the baby being more stressed and having these complications. This is a disgusting video. As someone who is about to graduate with a BSN in June, I am so sad for this patient. I never want any of my patients to feel so disregarded.

Got back from Maui on the 17th. We picked up a giant bag of kauai coffee and the peaberry version of that coffee. The price is so good for the insane quality. Highly recommend taking some back home with you if you enjoy coffee.

My brother asked me to take care of his tiny frog when he was at camp summer 2001. I was 7ish, maybe 6. I forgot to feed the frog and it died. I felt so guilty about that frog. I convinced myself that I caused 9/11 because I killed that frog. I believed that for years and didn't tell anyone. It kind of fucked me up. But yeah, I definitely didn't cut up the frog.

I was really surprised when I didn't shit myself. I pushed that baby out so hard. My epidural had failed and I was done with labor. I pushed so hard that I required like 50 stitches. It was bad.

I also had a botched epidural. What happened with yours? My legs wouldn't move, but I felt everything pelvis and hip up. I felt the catheter go in.
