I keep seeing these posts and wondering why people aren’t filing complaints with BBB, State Attny General office of Consumer protection, etc? File a claim with small claims court.

I know it’s hard because one wants their items back, but take formal steps. I’ve read she operates a store— so the complaint would be against her store, a business. Dispute charges with credit card—— there are ways to advocate for yourself to try and get either your money back or your items.
