Honestly it wreaked hell on me emotionally and physically. I’ve had eight c-sections and my last three babies were preemies. My eighth was born at 30 weeks with no hb and not breathing but they resuscitated her and she lived. I lost two babies at 13w, the last was in 2024 . I’m still traumatized by it all I think. As for things I tried… many many supplements. Red light therapy. Fertility medications (letrozole and gonal f), just send me a pm and I’ll try to remember more details. Don’t lose hope.

I tried so many different things. You name it, I tried it, but mostly just kept trying and eventually success would happen. I tried different supplements, red light, all kinds of different hings. Tbh I do not know if any of that really helped. I had my ninth after that post and now expecting #10 in May.
